Charles Shen is partner and General Manager at Reach Glory (USA) Media Group. He oversees Reach Glory’s business development activities in the US market, including industry collaboration, ecosystem partnership, account and experience management. Charles has rich experience in consumer electronics industry and a strong background in marketing in US, China and other markets around the world. Prior to his career at Reach Glory, Charles has held various executive roles at Qualcomm and Nokia in marketing activation, product marketing, go-to-market execution and consumer insights functions.
Kathy has over 25 years of experience working with consumer brands in entertainment. She began her promotional marketing career working on behalf of consumer brands and then Paramount Pictures hired her as their first national promotions executive. Over her long and successful career weaving between Theatrical Marketing and Production, Kathy has worked on over 125 feature films between Paramount, MGM and Marvel on their first independently-produced films Iron Man and The Incredible Hulk. She since has been hired on various projects by Sony Pictures, Pantelion/Lionsgate, Focus/Universal, Disney Music, Paramount, MGM, Saban Brands and Bleecker Street.
Kathy now most enjoys working on behalf of brands as clients. She ran a boutique-sized entertainment marketing agency representing consumer brands in Hollywood and, for the last several years, has been focused on the exciting opportunities stemming from China.
